Israel and facts that make you think hmm…
A email with the subject “Ten Major U.S. Disasters on Dates Significant to the Treatment of Israel” started ciruclating around the U.S. claiming that there is a trend showing those who supported decisions that are unfavorable for Israel had a direct reprecussion for their role in the decision. http://www.truthorfiction.com/rumors/t/tenmajorevents.htm has confirmed the facts in the email. So I get to reading more about it and I found one more that is not listed in the email. On 8/22/2005 the Gaza pull out was completed and exactly 1 week later Hurricane Katrina hit the U.S. 8/29/2005. For those who are not aware, the Bible shows Israel as God’s chosen people. It wasn’t until the death and resurrection of Jesus Christ that gentiles (non Jews) were grafted into the vine of Christ. Gentiles were once seen as unclean(not able to receive redemption for sins) until Christ came, died, and rose again for the sins of this world! Christians today have a belief that the America is blessed by God due to their direct support for Israel. Which is why they are so concerned about backing Israel because they believe that if we turn our backs on Israel, God will turn his back on America.
