I have not checked out the validity or tested all the sites listed on this blog. I figure that anything that could possibly help some of you out there is worth posting.
I liked the Pixlr, looks like a great for a web based photo editor…I may not develop web pages but there are times when I need to save an image in another file format and I am not at my computer.
