News I am tired of hearing about…
Health Care Reform, Millions & Trillions of $$$(we don’t have) tax burden, BailOuts, Banks, Congress, Bills, Racism, Recession, Housing Market, Kanye West, ACORN, Obama is this and that, D.C. Sniper mastermind to be executed, prostitution rings, sex scandels, “You Lie” issue, Biden’s stupid comments, ALL CELEBRITY GOSSIP, and all the other crap!
I believe in staying current in where our country is going but I get so tired of being saturated with it…to the point I am tired of reading and hearing about it. Its like a popular song on the radio, they play it SO MUCH that you begin to can’t stand to hear it anymore! I have written my elected representatives concerning issues I feel strongly about and encourage everyone to do the same!
So many policies being pushed through so fast, no way they are able to read and assess everything…worries me! I feel we have only treated the symptoms and the Finacial/Housing market is going to bring us down! Implementing quick fixes never work in life or business…not for sure why we think they will work in government. Sometimes breaking things down, enduring the hard times, makes us stronger when we come out of it…quick fixes make the fall harder! Tell me a situation where creating more debt than you make in income is viewed as a positive and wise decision? Living outside your means in your personal finances…not wise, businesses who obtain more debt than income will go out of business. How was it a logical solution…its seems more like a quick fix, like someone paying their electric bill with a credit card because they do not have the cash to pay it. It doesn’t WORK! I am stopping here…
I would like to say, I hope President Obama and his legislation are able to pull this country out of the mess it was in. We started going downhill at the end of Clinton’s last term, got worse with Bush, and I pray that Obama and the House & Senate can make wise decisions that will impact this country for the good, and that their decisions does not come back to bite our country and generations to follow! Just because I disagree doesn’t necessarily mean I am right, only time will tell.
