Revise to 8/4 Post, “The Gospel is Illegal in 52 Countries”
I made this statement, “A buddy of mine mentioned the other day at lunch…”This is our generation and we only get one chance…what are we going to do to make a difference for Jesus!” A fantastic place to start is on our knees seeking Jesus and as we develop our relationship with the Creator!!! Everything will begin to fall in place! That is just the start…”
Its only been a couple of days and I see an error in this. The heart is right but it moves focus from the one who truly matters, Jesus! This is our generation but I want to point out what my buddy would point out and I have come to realize. It should read, “This is our generation that Jesus has chosen for us and we only get one chance…what are we going to let Jesus do through us to make a difference for the Kingdom of God?
See we cannot do anything! We are nothing, without God’s permission we would perish! Every ability you have is a gift from God that he could take from you at his choosing! Understanding we are nothing and Jesus is EVERYTHING is a start towards a life of humility.
These second part of the quote from my earlier post, A fantastic place to start is on our knees…is not the beginning! It is the BEGINNING, the MIDDLE, and the END! And everything else is in between! Its not a starting place it is the WHOLE race!
