If you own a company that employs 200 - 300 people and you offer them benefits that only 10% of other companies offer their employees. Would you choose to allow your employees to vote their pay raises regardless of their performance and managers opinions? Would that really be a smart business decision? Do you disagree with with the direction of the Government, have concerns pertaining to bills being reviewed. The only voice you have is through your elected representative. So if you are going to have a right to complain you need to call and voice your opinion!
