Google Translator...FYI →
Not for sure of the accuracy of the translation but you are able to translate text or a webpage into another language than its original text. So lets say you were wanting to read http://www.nrg.co.il which is written in Hebrew. You can paste that url into the google translator, set it to translate from Hebrew to English, and it will translate that page and allow you to browse the site translating...

Consistency
